I am the 4^th generation of Realtors & Brokers in my family. 1^st was my Great Grandfather W. J. Fairey. He started it all in 1970 when he was a Real Estate Broker locally in Wheatland.  He sold properties all over Yuba & Sutter Counties. Then around 1975 my Grandmother, Margaret Fairey Ornelas became a Real Estate Broker, also in Wheatland and joined her Father in his business. Later my Grandmother started her own Brokerage locally. Then my Mother became a Realtor making me the 4^th Generation of Brokers and Realtors here locally in Yuba & Sutter Counties. This means my family has been listing and selling real estate here locally for over 35 years. I have grown up around real estate and these 2 counties for my entire life. I know every nook and cranny like the back of my hand. I am the father of 3 wonderful children of whom I am very proud. I am extremely computer literate because I also repair and upgrade computers as a sideline business.
